In Progress: Donna Hay's Off the Shelf

After a hiatus over the holidays, I'm returning to Off the Shelf: Cooking From the Pantry . This is a gorgeously photographed book, and the recipes that I've already tested have been very good so far. The author, Australian food writer Donna Hay, was formerly the food editor at Marie Claire magazine. Hay is an extremely popular cookbook author and magazine writer in her native Australia.

I'm bumping up the recipes that I've already tested back in December, for easier reference. New tests will be appearing over the next week or so.
