This menu is perfect for crowds when you want to offer a full dinner but you want it casual, not serious, comforting and casual. This menu is offered to groups of at least 45 guests.

Lime tossed chicken on corn tortilla with avocado crème
Risotto bombs with chili aioli

On the buffet (Please choose 2 main dishes)

Chicken in red wine sauce with mashed potatoes
Chicken Vesuvio with fat oven fries
Chicken curry with fragrant basmati rice
Beef Burgundy with root vegetables
Mongolian beef on skewers with marinated scallions
Almond crusted flounder with mixed herb crema and green beans
Panko crusted salmon with lentils
Penne pasta tossed with butternut squash, Parmesan and sage

Additional sides:

Asparagus grilled with balsamic syrup. Scalloped potatoes. Eggplant with goat cheese, tomato herb sauce. Tiers of roasted zucchini, squash, tomatoes, olive oil and Parmesan. Warm hearts of palm salad with Parmesan chards and Bagna Cauda. $7 per person.
